Creation of a punk fleet in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia, Russia)

For decades Denis Alekseev has been organizing long tours where even Russian groups generally do not dare to go: beyond the Urals and going to Vladivostock, in concerts every 300 kilometers, crossing almost all the Russian republics and returning via 'Central Asia. His van “the Gazelle of Death” has thus become legendary, hailed by travelers on the roads and highways. Autonomy. Monstrous DIY requiring enormous organizational work. Dedication to an alternative world, far – very far – from any politician.

Denis has now found a boat for sale. This boat was purchased to meet the needs of the Sakha Republic's Yakut underground scene and will tour along the Lena and Kolyma rivers, with access to the Arctic Ocean, and will reach the most remote ulus (villages) - where no car can go because they are isolated by the taiga/tundra and there are no roads apart from the rivers (the Yakut bands have good experience with these “village” type circuits).

This project, like all “Gazelle of Death” projects, is not just about music, but also about people, building communities, unifying – and adventures, of course.

The total price of the ship is 550,000 rubles (€6,000, £5,000, $6,200), half of which has already been collected and the other half is expected to be obtained as quickly as possible. This is why we are asking everyone to participate in this global collection: private donations are essential.
