kabar nwar
Ritual of struggle and curse.
Zéspri, Possession, Trance & Resistance.
Reunion Island.
Faced with the impossibility of our inefficient fake democracies
to develop and evolve our societies, here is now a ritual
summoning the spirits to get rid of/kill all the politicians,
the capitalists and their watchdogs, as well as the ruiners
of lives and the fake citizens around the world.
....................................
Everything has already been tried: a charter of respect for
human rights, the right to vote and its fictitious, pastiche,
counterfeit and deceitful democracy led by international
lobbies, put in place by an enslaved policy proposing
this repeated choice between the plague and cholera,
noted the betrayal of the left, endured the narrow-minded
and then the authoritarian religions, and so on…
.....................................................
It now remains to cast a curse, in the form of a struggle.
Perhaps the very last thing to try before an expected global & world revolution.
.....................................................
Launching spirits and demons against politicians, profiteers and all their corrupt : making them die.
Launching furies & telluric forces against false citizens and selfish opportunistic citizens : making them die.
.....................................................
Stopping them. All of them. In a way (gentle) or another (violent).
.....................................................
Throwing evil.
Supporting ideas of grassroots-level self-organizing, mutual aid, solidarity, sustainable development, animal-friendly lifestyles, anti-authoritarianism, autonomy, feminism & revolution and other initiatives that aim to create a more just and free society. If you oppose any form of social discrimination and views that generate discrimination, hatred or division and you support people saying no to racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, party politics, capitalism and organized religion, the KABAR NWAR suggests that we stay together united.

Musically and culturally,
the Kabar Nwar comes from Reunionese servis (kabaré, malbar).
And from maloya and avant-rock, obviously.
A desired ritual, wanted and supported by La Casa Musicale, Perpignan, France.
World-première : 10/02/2023, Cité des Arts, Saint-Denis, La Réunion.
